📦 Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for all unused or like-new products with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be in their original, unused condition. Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, email us at support@gowithsilo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond quickly with next steps.

🏪 Purchased Through a Retailer?

If your product was purchased through an authorized retailer, please return it to the location of purchase. Retailer return policies may vary.
