In-stock orders ship within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Lenexa, Kansas. Orders placed by 11am Central Time usually go out the same day.

If an item in your order is on backorder, your order confirmation will show the expected ship date, and you can reply to that email to switch colors or get a refund.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.

We ship to Canada and a number of other countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any customs duties or import taxes are charged by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
